Meal Planning: Week of January 23.
Well, we have been doing this I just haven’t been posting it. Sorry!
- Monday: Broiled tofu (thanks, Shea, for the idea!), broccoli and seven grains from Trader Joe’s
- Tuesday: Carnitas with crispy polenta.
- Wednesday: Breakfast for dinner
- Thursday: Grilled chicken with spaghetti squash
- Friday: n/a
- Saturday day: buffalo chicken rolls
