Back injury.
Around this time last year, I basically threw my lower back out by dropping it like it was hot at Party Arty.
Well, Party Arty is on Saturday. So, I am going to start doing yoga tonight to help stretch and train my lower back.
This sounds like a logical plan; however, it would be a lot easier if I hadn’t basically thrown my back out on Saturday night after having way too much to drink and then dancing around the house.
Yes, I am in my upper 20’s. And your point is?
