“Do you think I should try on some of those jeggings?”

I wish I could have gotten a picture of me on the dressing room floor pulling off the pants and yelling at her...

Thoughts?
Thoughts on Typepad versus Tumblr as a blog provider? I love Tumblr but feel like I need some more flexibility on my customizations. Is Typepad worth the cost? I would love opinions.

Holiday Dinner with the Parents.
I am hosting a holiday dinner for the man’s parents and my parents on Christmas. We are celebrating Christmas morning with the man’s parents (as we always do) and then my parent’s will be heading up for our own celebration. Sadly, my brother and his wife and the man’s brother and his wife aren’t able to come. Since this is my first married dinner, I have been mapping...

I am in back pain today.
I think I threw my back out when I was competing in a dance off against Scooter last night. It’s okay since I won.

Best part of being friend's with a florist:
Going to a happy hour on Thursday night and asking her to do flowers for Saturday night.  Well, and besides being friends.

Tacky Holiday Party.
We have decided to have a few of our closest friends over for a small Tacky Holiday Party tonight. We typically love to have huge theme parties but I never feel like we have enough time to talk to everyone. This time, we are keeping the theme but cutting the list. Here is what we are serving: Honey pecan & brie tartlettes Bacon pinwheels Herbed cheese straws Spiced nuts French onion dip ...

During the 1820s Joel Robert Poinsett, the U.S. Ambassador to Mexico at the time, first brought poinsettias to the U.S. from a Mexican city he had visited. It was during the early part of the...
